Reminder about SAS Agreement renewal

The Eduserv SAS Agreement has been renewed for three years until July 2011 with fixed pricing for that period. Current licences expire on 31st July 2008. In order to ensure licence continuity it is important that sites renew their licences before the 1st August. They should complete their paperwork and return it to Eduserv as a matter of some urgency.

The necessary paperwork can be downloaded here

http://www.eduserv.org.uk/chest/agreements/software/existing/sas/Licence%20Information .

It is important that sites submit a commitment form, a licence form, a software order form and a server registration form.

Please note that you can now send signed, scanned copies of all the licence forms by email to finance@eduserv.org.uk
