Eduserv chest-news e-mail list

This list is used to broadcast e-mail messages which have been sent by Eduserv Chest to "Chest site contacts" about existing or prospective Chest deals.

Many of these messages are sent in the form of the Eduserv Chest Messenger.

The chest-news list is also used to announce new Chest discussion lists on the JISCmail service. These lists have been set up to facilitate communication between sites which have taken up a Chest Agreement and to announce the availablity of new releases and other details relating to the agreement.

All these lists are maintained on the JISCmail service. Anyone who has an electronic mailbox on JANET can join a list by sending a message to jiscmail@jiscmail.ac.uk

subscribe chest-news (First name) (Surname)

(substituting appropriately) as the only text in the body of a message addressed to:

jiscmail@jiscmail.ac.uk
